Stress effects the body in numerous ways. You can get sick easier, have a heat attack, depression. But, that is all I will give you.
I have taken first year Psychology and if you even read the material, this is probably the EASIEST part of the class and easiest question to answer. So, beyond what I gave you, I will not give you more. And no one else should.
Do the actual reading, don't try to skate on such an easy class.
